Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using a KAIFORM membership. By subscribing, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “KAIFORM”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to KAIFORM LTD.
1.2 “Membership” means the subscription service providing access to KAIFORM’s online Pilates and wellness content.
1.3 “Member”, “you”, “your” means the individual who registers for and holds a Membership.
1.4 “Platform” means the KAIFORM website and any associated digital or streaming services used to deliver content.
1.5 “Subscription Fee” means the monthly or annual price payable for Membership, as displayed on the Platform.
1.6 “Account Email” means the single email address used to register and access the Membership.

2. Membership Access & Use

2.1 Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the Platform for the duration of your active Membership.

2.2 Each Membership is personal, non-transferable and limited to one individual.
You must not:

• Share your login details

• Allow others to access content using your account

• Stream or display content to non-members

• Use the Membership simultaneously on behalf of multiple people

2.3 If we reasonably suspect account sharing, misuse or breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately without refund.

2.4 You may access content on a reasonable number of personal devices consistent with standard household use. Excessive or abnormal usage may result in restriction or suspension.

2.5 Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Membership options:

• Monthly Membership: £24.99 per month, billed monthly

• Annual Membership: £274.89 per year, billed annually

All Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.

3.2 Subscription Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

3.3 Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

3.4 If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3.5 You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access will continue until that date.

4. Free Trial (If Offered)

4.1 Where a free trial is offered, it provides temporary access for the stated trial period only.

4.2 Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, your Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

4.3 Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when the paid Membership begins.

5. Content Availability & Updates

5.1 We regularly add new workouts and classes to the Platform.

5.2 The number, format, duration, schedule and type of content may vary at our discretion.

5.3 We reserve the right to modify, replace or remove content at any time, provided the Platform continues to offer a reasonable library of fitness content.

6. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

6.1 The content provided is for general fitness and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

6.2 You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you:

• Have a medical condition

• Are pregnant or postnatal

• Are returning from injury

6.3 You participate entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIFORM is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation.

6.4 You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright (IMPORTANT)

7.1 All content on the Platform — including videos, audio, images, text, programmes, branding and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of KAIFORM LTD or its licensors.

7.2 Your Membership grants you a limited, revocable licence to access and view the content for personal use onlyduring an active Membership.

7.3 You may not, without prior written consent:

• Copy, record, download, screenshot or reproduce content

• Share or distribute content

• Use content for teaching, coaching or commercial purposes

• Upload content to social media or other platforms

• Modify, adapt or create derivative works

7.4 Unauthorised use constitutes a serious breach and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Suspension & Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your Membership immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

8.2 Upon cancellation or termination, access will end at the conclusion of the current paid billing period.

8.3 No refunds or credits are provided for unused time unless required by law.

9. Changes to Fees & Terms

9.1 We may change Subscription Fees on renewal by providing at least 30 days’ notice. You may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the change.

9.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the next billing period after notification.

10. Consumer Rights & Refunds

10.1 By purchasing a Membership and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, where applicable.

10.2 This does not affect your statutory rights where content is faulty or misdescribed.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIFORM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the Subscription Fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
12.2 The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
